Exchanges

In order to exchange any received items, you should contact us through our website within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

Withdrawal

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, which is different to the carrier, acquired the material possession of the purchased goods.

Cancellation

Only products which have not been shipped will be able to be cancelled. In the event of wanting to cancel a shipped order, the applicable return fees will be charged, to be calculated according to the volume and weight of the package.
